Obituary for Georgia Holliday Georgia Marie Holliday, 86, passed away on July 3, 2018 in Seguin, Texas. Visitation will begin at 1:00 and a Memorial Service will follow at 1:30 on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Finch Funeral Chapel in Nixon, Texas with the Reverend Michael Cowey officiating. Georgia was born in Gonzales, Texas on February 24, 1932.

She will be remembered as a loving and caring Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and friend. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Winnie Wiley; husband, M.F. Holliday and brother, Billy Joe Wiley. She is survived by her brother, Edwin Wiley of Gonzales; sister, Helen Baker of Houston; son Jerry Holliday and wife Traci of San Antonio; her grandsons, Justin Holliday and wife Sara of San Antonio; Clay Holliday and wife Hannah of Dallas and Sims Holliday of San Antonio; great-granddaughters Madison and Mackenzie Holliday of San Antonio as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

She will be missed. We love you, Grammy! The family wishes to give special thanks to her dear friend and caregiver, Susie Mendez, her son Mark Mendez and their extended family, Guadalupe Valley Nursing Center, Seguin Assisted Living and Heart to Heart Hospice.
