Obituary for Mr. Gerard Michael Dicks Gerard “Jerry” Dicks, was born on December 3, 1962 in Brooklyn, New York and passed away on September 4, 2018 in Ocean Grove, New Jersey. Jerry started out his career as a phone technician at New York Telephone Company/Verizon. He was often requested by businesses for repairs because he was not only thorough and would get the job done right but made customers laugh at the same time.

Jerry was also an avid sports fan that was devoted to the Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankees. In his spare time, he enjoyed cooking all types of meals. To him “it wasn’t only about the food but also about the presentation”.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Genevieve Dicks, his parents, James and Maura Dicks, his siblings, John Dicks, Jimmy Dicks, Maura Anne Ciani, and his niece, Crystal Shelton.
