Gilmore’s Obituary Mr. Gilmore Adams, Jr. age 57 was born July 12, 1961 in Washington County, AL to the parentage of Mrs. Katie L. Blakeley Adams and the late Mr. Gilmore Adams, Sr He departed this life November 28, 2018 at his home in McIntosh, Alabama. He was a 1980 graduate of McIntosh High School, McIntosh, AL and was employed and retired as a Sawmill Operator at Boise Cascade in Jackson, Alabama.

“Lil Mane”, as he was lovingly known, enjoyed riding ATV’s, spending time with his family, (especially his nieces and nephews). He was an avid fan of University of Alabama Crimson Tide Football. ROLL TIDE!

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Jane Johnson. He leaves to cherish his memories two daughters, Caitlyn McClain-Adams of Jackson, AL and Madisen Pringle of Mobile, AL; a devoted mother, Katie L. Adams of McIntosh, AL; six brothers, Gregory (Melissa) Adams, Terry Adams, and Victor Adams, all of McIntosh, AL; Fabian (Pama) Adams, Sr. of Satsuma, AL; Anthony Adams and Justin Adams, both of Mobile, AL; three sisters, Mary (Winston) Barnes of McIntosh, AL; Rhoda Lacy of Mobile, AL, and Terra Johnson of Prichard, AL. A host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends will cherish his memories also.

Viewing Saturday, December 1, 2018, 9am until the 11am service at Saint Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Allen Barnes Road, McIntosh, AL; Rev. Craig Westry, pastor and eulogist. The interment ceremony will be held in Vaughn Cemetery, McIntosh, AL.
