Nevielle’s Obituary Mr. Nevielle Leo “Buddy” Johnson, age 63, a native of Jackson, AL and a resident of Deer Park, AL, was born October 31, 1955 to the parentage of the late Mr. Johnnie Johnson and the late Mrs. Mary Berry Johnson. He departed this life January 11, 2019 at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center, Mobile, AL. He was educated in the Clarke County School System.

Among his favorite things to do was spending time with friends and family. He loved football and was a huge New Orleans Saints fan. In addition to his parents, “Buddy” was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Johnson; three sisters, Lorraine Johnson, Katherine Ezell, and Sharlette Frazier, and two brothers, Edward Lee Johnson and Arnett Johnson.

He will be forever loved by three sons, Stacey Brown and Shunico Brown, both of Deer Park, AL, and Randy Williams, of Jackson, AL; and one daughter, Shalana Brown of Deer Park, AL; five grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing Saturday, January 19, 2019, 10am until the 11am service at New Light Missionary Baptist Church, 1591 Deer Park Burbank Road, Deer Park, AL; Rev. Larry Bolton, pastor and eulogist.

Following the interment ceremony in the church cemetery, the family will receive friends at the Deer Park Community Center. Services with sympathetic care and legendary professionalism entrusted to Andrews Funeral Home, 800 Depot Road, Jackson, AL. Condolences to the family at www.
