She was born September 17, 1947 in New Brunswick, Canada, the daughter of Lionel and Laurette Boucher moving to the United States in 1998 and was living in Ossipee, NH with her husband. Ginette is survived by her husband Marcel Skilling, Ossipee, NH.

She also leaves behind a son and daughter and a step-son Warren Skelling, Ossipee, NH. To honor her wishes, there will be no callings hours or funeral services. Her interment will be held back in her homeland of New Brunswick, Canada.
