Obituary for Glenn P. Strohmeyer Glenn P. Strohmeyer, 57, of Erie, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Monday September 10, 2018. He was born in Havelock, NC on July 30, 1961 a son of the late Jerry and Kathy Watson Strohmeyer. Glenn was an avid fan of Rush and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Linda Strohmeyer. Survivors include his daughter, Jessica Matlock and her husband, Mark, of Jeffersonville, IN; his son, Joshua Strohmeyer of Phenix City, AL; three grandchildren, Jacob, Olivia, and Desiree; three sisters, Sharon Strohmeyer of Fairview, Denise Schultz of Fairview, and Kathleen Wickham of Erie; two brothers, Mark Strohmeyer and his wife, Marion, of Vista, CA and Neal Strohmeyer of Fairview; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd.

, on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of funeral services there at 12 noon. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
