Gloria Alexander, 79, of Big Spring, died Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Big Spring Nursing for Skilled Care. Memorial service will be held at a later date. Gloria was born on September 22, 1938 in Woodland, California to Verba Verdell McAdams Graves and James Robert Graves.

She came to Big Spring in 1984 from Arkansas. She and her late husband Paul owned Paul’s Place on N. Birdwell Lane for 30 years. She loved arts, crafts, golf, bowling and going to casinos.

She is survived by two sons:… Read More » Randy White (Bertha) of Big Spring and Mike White (Rhonda) of Alabama; two daughters: Peggy Barringer (Jimmy) of Mansfield, LA and Kimberly Conaway of Spur; one brother: Jimmy Graves of Big Spring; 14 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Paul Gene Alexander on October 26, 2006 and one sister Aloma Koerber. Arrangements are by Myers & Smith Funeral Home.
