Gordon A. Lombard August 31, 1940 – January 22, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Gordon A. Lombard, age 78 of Seguin, passed away on January 22, 2019. Graveside services and interment with military honors will be held on Friday, February 15, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with Pastor Nick Hart officiating. Gordon was born on August 31, 1940 in Weslaco, Texas to Kenneth and Avis Joan (Langford) Lombard.

Gordon proudly served his country in the United States Army and was retired from the Union Pacific Railroad. Gordon faithfully served as a Deacon at Lighthouse Christian Fellowhip Church. He enjoyed spending time out on the water fishing.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Roy Lombard and his nephew, Jason Lombard. Survivors include his loving wife, Joyce G. Lombard; sons, Kenney Lombard, Gary Woods and wife Tammy, Steve Woods, and Keith Woods; grandchildren, Kristerpher Lombard and wife Amber, Kristina LeeAnn Lombard-Pacheco and husband Miguel, Kenneth Steven Ray Lombard and wife Morgan, Katherine Alicia Lombard, Knico Lombard, Ashlee Melancon and husband Chris, Chance Woods and wife Deseree, Bailey Woods, Ben Woods, Kayli Woods and Madison Woods; 14 great-grandchildren; brother, Tommy Lombard and wife Donna; sister-in-law, Miki Lombard; nieces, Wendy Lombard Grant and husband Jason, and Sandy Lombard; nephew, J. R. Lombard; other loving family members and friends. Memorial contributions may be made to Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Church, 2719 FM 725, New Braunfels, Texas, 78130.
