Obituary for Grace J. Cogliandro (Bellville) Grace J. Cogliandro, 87, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at the Troy Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. Born in Albany on February 24, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Emma Bellville. Grace was born and educated in Albany before moving to Watervliet in the fifties.

She then spent several years living in Waterville, Maine, before moving back and taking up permanent residence in Watervliet. Grace always had a motherly way about her. Nothing made her happier than spending time with her children and grandchildren whom she cared for dearly.

Grace is survived by her children; Louise A. (Michael Shudt) Jurewicz of Schodack, Linda M. (Robert) Brayton of Rensselaer, and Nino (Chandree) Cogliandro of Schodack, her grandchildren; Christopher (Jamie) Brayton, Adam Cogliandro, Ella Cogliandro, her great-grandchildren, Owen and Natalie Brayton, and by several cousins, nieces, and nephews. Grace was preceded in death by her loving husband, Demetrio Cogliandro, who passed away in 2003, by her former husband, Leo Jurewicz, and by her brother, William Bellville. Per Grace’s wishes, services will be held privately at the convenience of her family.
