Obituary for Graham Hazelwood Sr. Graham Hazelwood, 85, of Evansville, IN passed away Dec 24, 2018 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Basket Station, KY on July 19, 1933 to Ira and Zella Carter Hazelwood and was a retiree of Alcan Aluminum after 23 years of service. Graham was a 50-year member of New Race Creek Missionary Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, Graham was preceded in death by son: Graham Hazelwood, Jr.; daughter: Rachel Ann Hay; siblings: Ethel Gilbert, Laura Hill, Elizabeth Bushrod, Juanita Tapp, Edward Hazelwood, Allois Cabel, Robert Hazelwood, and Mattie Hazelwood. Graham is survived by his wife of 34 years: Carol Jean Hazelwood; 2 daughters: Carol McGuire, Phyllis (Jason) Williams; 1 son: VaShawn Rhodes (LaShema; 14 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 1 brother: George Hazelwood; nieces, nephews, and cousins. Services are 1 p.m. Sat Dec 29, 2018 at New Race Creek Baptist Church.

Visitation with Masonic Rites is Fri Dec 28, 2018 5-7 p.m. at R. Mason Brothers Memorial Chapel . Burial in Fernwood Cemetery. Leave condolences at www.
