Guy J. Luciano, 85, Hollidaysburg, passed away Monday, May 28, 2018, at his residence. He was born July 8, 1932, in Altoona, son of the late Guy A. and Rose (D’Augostino) Luciano. He married Joan (Georgiana) Davidson in 1958.

Surviving are his wife of 59 years; three daughters: Joan Grassi, Anita Carvalho and Suzi Glass (Tony); 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; two sisters: Jane Piccirilli and Rita Luciano; four brothers: Robert (Patty), Anthony (Carol), Nickolas (Jolene) and Frank (Yvonne); a son-in-law, Bill Murray (Kathy); a sister-in-law, Janet Luciano; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Bobbi Murray in 1992, and brothers Michael and Joseph. Guy retired from AT&T as a technician.

He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict and he was 4th Degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus, Star of the Sea Council 4245. He was an active member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg, and Guy enjoyed life. A mass for the deceased will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 2, 2018, at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg, Monsignor Stanley B. Carson celebrant.

Guy’s wish was for his body to be donated to science. Arrangements are by Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg. In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 301 Spruce St., Hollidaysburg, PA 16648, or the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry, 1523 Adams Ave.
