Gwendolyn “Tootsie” Potter, 69, of Cromona passed away Friday, July 5, 2018 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Gwendolyn was the daughter of the late Dewey and Jettie Bryant Cable. She was the widow of Glen Potter.

Surviving is 1 son: Tony (Missy) Potter of Cromona; 1 daughter: Sabrina (Matthew) Fleming of Neon; 1 brother: Billy Cable of Lorain, Ohio; 2 sisters: Arbutis Houston of Kemper and Bernice Smallwood of Dorton; 4 grandchildren: Dustin Potter, Riley Fleming, Kenzie Fleming, and Harper Fleming. Gwendolyn was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Tommy Cable and Jack Cable; 1 sister: Katherine Cable. Funeral: 1:00 O’clock P.M. Sunday, July 8, 2018 at the Haymond Freewill Baptist Church with Danny Mullins, Jimmy Johnson, and Wendell Austin officiating.

Visitation: 7:00 P.M. Friday at the Haymond Freewill Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Potter Family Cemetery at Haymond, Kentucky.
