Hal Blevins of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma was born to O B and Nina Blevins on September 24, 1933 in Rotan, Texas and passed from this life on January 22, 2019 in Sulphur, Oklahoma at the age of 85 years. Hal married his wife, Joe Anne on January 11, 1957 in Albany, Texas. They eventually made their home in Pauls Valley where Hal worked as a medical technologist.

He was also a cowboy-rancher to most. Hal was a member of the Presbyterian Church, Samaritans, Elks Lodge and City Councilman. He was a 32nd degree Mason and member of Valley Lodge #6.

In his spare time, Hal enjoyed hunting, fishing, bronc riding, photography, and was an avid reader. He also enjoyed working out at the gym, music, singing and playing music. Hal will be remembered as a people person (social butterfly).

Mr. Blevins is survived by: Sons: Gary Blevins, Larry Blevins and Jeffrey Blevins Daughters: Cindy Browne and Janet Guinn 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren Mr. Blevins was preceded in death by: His wife: Joe Anne Parents: O B and Snooks Blevins Brother: Ronnie Blevins Sister: Linda Huddleston Memorial services are pending at this time.
