Evans of Yukon, Oklahoma was born to Carl and Lorean (Pittman) Perry on November 22, 1946 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma and passed from this life on January 3, 2019 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 72 years. Phyllis grew up and attended school in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. On November 24, 1971, P married Jackie Evans in Moore, Oklahoma.

She worked as an optometric assistant at Moore Eye Center for over 20 years. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading and fishing. The highlights of her life were her grandchildren and family.

Mrs. Evans is survived by: Her husband: Jackie Evans of the home Daughter: Melissa Whitworth and husband Preston of Piedmont, Oklahoma Son: Ron Evans and wife Becky and family of Norman, Oklahoma Brother: Ronnie Perry and wife Peggy of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma Sister: Karen McCormick of Murfreesboro, Tennessee 3 grandchildren: Lane Whitworth, Reece Whitworth and Mia Whitworth Many beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, family and friends. Mrs. Evans was preceded in death by: Her son: Kent Parents: Carl and Lorean Perry A time for family and friends to gather, share memories, and celebrate Phyllis’s life is scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at the Wooster Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Mt.
