On Wednesday, February 13, 2019, “Roger”, Harold Roger Miller, 71, of Meyersdale, PA, entered the gates of Heaven to be with his Lord and Savior. Born July 14, 1947, in Frostburg, MD, he was the son of the late Harold F. and E. Virginia (Hunter) Miller. Mr. Miller was an ironworker for Local 568, Cumberland, MD.

He was a member of the Main St. Brethren Church, Meyersdale Lodge #554, F. & A.M., Harrisburg Consistory, Scottish Rite, Jaffa Shrine Center, Altoona, PA and was very active in the Masonic Blood Drive for the Shriners Children’s Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Clara Ellen (Walker) Miller; two sons, Steven (Jennifer) Miller and Matthew (Barbara) Miller; and one daughter, Kelly (Douglas) Edwards, all of Meyersdale; one brother, Gary Miller; two sisters, Kay (Jim) Mostoller and Gail Slayter; five grandchildren, which were the pride of his life, Tyler, Brandon, Logan, Carissa and Claire; two very special great-granddaughters, Stella and Victoria. A Celebration of Life service will be held at the Newman Funeral Home, Inc., 9168 Mason-Dixon Hwy.

, Salisbury, PA, on Saturday, February 23, 2019, from 1-2 p.m. with the service following at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Dottie Grew officiating.
