Joy Maxine (Foley) Welling, 85, of Mt. Storm, WV, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at her home. Born January 14, 1934, in Mt.

Storm, WV, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Amelia (Entler) Foley. She was also preceded in death by her son, Douglas Monroe Richardson; two sisters, Dorthea and Beryle Hanlin. Joy worked in the grocery store as a laborer.

She loved animals and working the small farm. Joy was an avid bible reader. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Milton D. Welling and her granddaughter Lindsay.

At Joy’s request, she will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, 325 Weber Rd. , Oakland, MD, 21550, on Saturday, April 13, 2019, at 2:00 p.m., with Donald Stull officiating.
