Harry William Linnemann, 94, of Butlerville passed away at 6:55 p.m. on Friday, December 28, 2018, at Majestic Health Care Center in North Vernon. Born September 11, 1924, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Mr. Linnemann was the son of George F. and Margaret (Nickson) Linnemann. He married Emma Rottinghaus on September 11, 1945 in Cincinnati, Ohio; she survives.

Mr. Linnemann was a lifelong farmer and served in the U. S. Army during World War II. He enjoyed working on lawnmowers. Surviving with his wife, Emma Linnemann, is a daughter, Donna (Jim) Rees of Butlerville; grandchildren, Mike Rees and Tim (Stacie) Rees both of Butlerville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and a sister. A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at the Otter Creek Cemetery in Butlerville. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Our Hospice of Jennings County.
