Helen Johanna Crayton, 97, of Marietta died Wednesday January 30th. Memorial services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday February 5th in the Chapel at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home in Marietta. Burial will follow immediately after the service at St. James Episcopal Cemetery.

Born in Newark, NJ Helen was raised in New York, NY. Helen moved to Marietta after World ll. She was a longtime member of St. James Episcopal Church and currently a member of St. Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Cumming, GA.

Survivors include her sons; Tom Craton and John Craton; Grandchildren; Tom Craton, lll, John Craton, Edward Owen Craton and Stephen Adam Craton. Helen was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Owen Craton, SR; her sons Michael Edward Craton, Jeffrey Joel Craton and her parents Peter and Pauline Swinchuch.
