Helen Louise Boucher Ausbrooks Sample, 81, of Bowling Green, KY passed away Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green. The Adolphus, KY native was a retired employee of A T & T and a daughter of the late Gilbert Boucher and Eula Mae Goodrum Boucher. She is survived by 1 daughter: Katherine Sue Ausbrooks Fulp (Carter W.), Scottsville, KY; 1 sister: Lajunia “Gay” Stockmeyer, Indianapolis, IN; 1 grandson: Michael Berg Fulp, Indianapolis, IN; A nephew: Jimmy Ray Blankenship, Bowling Green, KY.

She was preceded in death by 1 brother: Horace Ray Boucher; 1 sister: Shirley Boucher Blankenship Johnson and infant twin siblings: Catherine Loyce Boucher and Carroll Royce Boucher. Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Goad Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 12 noon until service time.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
