Helen Magan, 94, of Evansville passed away Monday, February 25, 2019 at Pine Haven Nursing Home. She was born July 28, 1924 in Evansville to the late Sarah (Gottman) and George Elsfelder. Helen was a member of the V F W Post 1114 American Legion Auxiliary.

Helen is survived by her daughters, Alexis (Bobby) Roberts, Linda Hendricks and Nancy (John) Miller; son, Terry (Betty) Magan; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 11 great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Alex Magan in 1958; son, Gary Magan in 2000; and grandsons, Christopher Magan in 1985 and Terry Burden in 2002. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Ziemer Funeral Home Central Chapel, 626 N. First Ave.

, Evansville. Visitation will continue 9:00 am to 10:00 am Friday, March 1, 2019 a funeral service will begin at 10:00 am at the funeral home with Minister Dan Schuler officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
