Henry P. Cipperley, IV Newark, Ohio: – Henry Pickett Cipperley, IV, 64, formerly of Boardman, died Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Licking Memorial Hospital in Newark. Henry, known by his family and friends as “Bo”, was born January 5, 1955 in Youngstown. He was the son of late Henry and Betty (Maxwell) Cipperley.

He graduated from Boardman High School 1973. Upon graduating from Ohio State University, Bo worked for Senator Harry Meshel in Columbus. Later he worked for the State of Ohio and Licking county in various administrative positions.

Bo ultimately retired from the Lottery Commission where he was a sales representative. Bo is survived by two sisters, Judith C. (Robert) Sharkey of Bedford, VA and Karen L. Cipperley of Boardman. He is also survived by a brother, William H. (Nancy) Cipperley, of Boardman as well as four nieces, two nephews and his companion, Tamara E. Davis of Newark.
