Ida Isabelle Bald, 87, of Finksburg, MD passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2018, at Seasons Hospice in Randallstown. Born April 25, 1931 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Charles E. and Ida Momenthy (Dietz) Bald. She is survived by her sister, Marie Jean Medcalf of Biglerville, PA; daughter, Diane Fuqua & fiance Michael A. Bingham of Pikesville, MD; grandchildren, Brooks Lloyd Stoker & wife, Marie, Cassidy Rae Stoker and Bridget Anna Bingham; great-grandson, Brayden Lloyd Stoker; and many nieces and nephews.

Ida was a former employee of Rieger Advertising and retired from the Social Security Administration. She was a member of St. Benjamin’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Westminster. She enjoyed art and was especially good at sketching animals, which were her deep love.

Ida enjoyed the Red Hat Club and in her earlier years, her membership in the Sweet Adelines and the Liberty Road Community Theatre. A Memorial Service to celebrate Ida’s life will be held on Saturday, July 7 at 1:00 pm at St. Benjamin’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 700 Krider’s Cemetery Rd. , Westminster, MD with the Rev.

David S. Shafer officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ida’s name may be made to Cat Rescue of Maryland, Inc., 6400 Baltimore National Pike, # 305, Baltimore, MD 21228.
