In Loving Memory Irma Y. Sanderson July 4, 1963 – November 10, 2018 Irma Y. Sanderson, 55, passed away at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, WA. A Memorial Service will be Friday, November 30th at 11:00am at Mountain View-Colonial DeWitt, 1551 The Dalles Military Road, Walla Walla, WA 99362. She would give everything she had to help others in need. Most of her life she had one or more family members living in her home. She cared for her mother for 20 years in her home in addition to other family members at various points that simply needed a safe place to stay.

She was a big Disney fan, particularly Disneyland. The one vacation she liked to take was to go to Disneyland for a week or two. She was always the first one up and the last one down for a day at the park.

The rides weren’t really her thing, but she was always happiest just being in the park, seeing the characters (especially Buzz! ) and shopping. One of the last things she talked about was the planned trip for the summer of 2019.

Irma is survived by her husband of 34 years, Robert H. Sanderson Jr., one daughter, Samantha Wooster, three sisters; Benita Edwards, Leticia Ramos, Terry Moreno, two brothers; Raul Hidalgo, Louis Hidalgo, one granddaughter, Waverly Wooster, and 10 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Memorial contributions may be made to Catholic Charities through the funeral home, Mountain View-Colonial DeWitt.
