Obituary for Jack Norman Ebeling Sr. Print Jack Norman Ebeling Sr., 73, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at. He was born on July 26, 1945, the son of Francis J Ebeling and Ruth Elaine (Baldwin) Ebeling. Worked for Grand Trunk Railroad for 30 and retired from them in 2000.

He is survived by his mother; sons, Jack Norman Ebeling, Jr. and Sean McGinnis; daughter, Denise (Scott) Keithley; sisters, Judith (John) English and Julie (Karl) Gasser; brothers, Carl Ebeling and Dayln Hanke; grandchildren, Holley Ebeling, Justine Robbins, Levi Robbins, Alicia Robbins, Jacob Carter and Ethan McGinnis; great-granddaughter, Ava Elexis Nelson. He was preceded in death by his father, Francis J Ebeling; brother, Richard VanDorsten; sister, Janice Hussong and nephew, Timothy Paul. Jack loved classic cars and considered himself to be very thrifty.

He enjoyed spending time with his family and many friends. He especially enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter Holley. They went to a lot of car shows and dinners together.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. In accordance with Jack’s wishes, cremation has taken place. The memorial service will be held at the Rhema Word Outreach Center, 21342 N. M66, on Saturday, February 23, 2019, 3:00 pm with Pastor Cheryl Jones of Rhema Word Outreach Center officiating.
