OBITUARY Jackie Duckworth March 1, 1935 – October 19, 2018 Jackie A. Duckworth, 83, of Independence, MO passed away October 19, 2018. He was born March 1, 1935 in Henderson, KY to John and Ruth Duckworth. He was married to his wife, Sharron Loeffler for 58 years.

They moved from Evansville, Indiana to Raytown, Missouri in 1963. Jackie retired from Wonder Bread after 25 years of service as a truck driver. He liked fishing and camping and spending the winters in Gulf Shores, Alabama on the beach.

Jackie was preceded in death by his wife Sharron Loeffler Duckworth and his brother Ralph Duckworth. Survivors include his brother-in-law John Loeffler and wife Karen, of Alabama; children Vickie Bogue, Independence, MO; Jack Duckworth of Alaska; Frank Duckworth of Alaska and John Duckworth, Raytown, MO. He is also survived by his grandchildren Tyson Duckworth and wife Danielle; Gabe Duckworth; Frankie Duckworth; and Christi Duckworth, all of Alaska; Chris Bogue, Independence, MO; Derrick Duckworth, North Kansas City, MO; Ryan Duckworth of Alaska and Austin Duckworth, also of Alaska; great grandchildren Emilee, Braddock, Abby, Carter, and Jimmy Duckworth, all of Alaska along with many nieces and nephews.
