Obituary for Jackie Leon Collins Jackie Leon Collins, 73, of Ridgeway, Virginia, passed away Sunday, November 25, 2018, at Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, North Carolina. He was born June 17, 1945, in Coebern, Virginia to the late Artimus and Kathleen Hicks Collins. He enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing, and working on antique cars.

He loved the Lord with all his heart. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Patsy Collins and Barbara Lucus; brothers, Roger Collins, Homer Collins, and Michael Collins. Mr. Collins is survived by his wife, Florence Brolewicz “Cookie” Collins; daughter, Michelle Collins-Rogers (Steve); sisters, Linda Collins and Susan Gusler and brother Buford Collins (Mona Mae); and grandchildren, Justin, Joshua, and Megan Rogers.

The funeral will be Friday, November 30, 2018, at 2:00 P. M. at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Reverend Wendall Sparrow officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before the service. Burial will follow at Roselawn Burial Park.
