Jack R Lake, age 74, passed away on February 7th, 2019 in Layton, Utah. He was born March 23, 1944 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Jay and Elma Lake. He is survived by his son Robert Lake (Rykie), granddaughter Trinity Lake, brother Dee Lake (Susan), and sisters Gaylene Goede (Dale), Julie Page, Wendy Fairless (Greg), Karen Mabson (Mark), and Darlene Lake.

Preceded in death by his parents Jay and Elma Lake, and his brother-in-law Craig Page. Jack was honorably discharged from the US Army on February 14, 1967 as a Supply Clerk PVT E-1. He served in Vietnam and received the National Defense Service Medal, The Good Conduct Medal, and The Sharpshooter (Rifle M-14) Medal.

In his free time, he loved to go camping and fishing with his family. Services will be held at Meyers Mortuary 250 North Fairfield Road Layton, Utah 84041 on Wednesday February 13, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. There will be a closed casket viewing from 10:00 A.M. – 11:45 A.M. prior to services.
