Obituary of Jacqueline Andrews Brewer- Jacqueline B. Andrews, 81, wife of the late Frederick Andrews, died unexpectedly on September 27, 2018 at her home in Brewer. Born March 25, 1937 in Bangor, she was the daughter of Nathaline Sutton and step-father Frank Winchell. Jacqueline, known to her friends and family as Jackie, was a proud lifelong resident of Brewer, where she met, married and loved her husband of 56 years.

To the children she raised, she was our everything. She was the giver of life, love and wisdom that we will forever carry and share. She taught us the importance of family, gave us the ability to forgive and always amazed us with her limitless generosity and selfless actions.

We’ll never forget your smile, your laugh and all of yourself that you gave to make us who we are. Life’s meadow will never be as beautiful as it was when our flower was forever in bloom. We love you mom.

Tell dad we really miss him and we hope we will continue to make you proud. Surviving are six children, Diane Rogers of Bucksport, Steven Andrews and wife, Theresa of Bangor, Sandy Kearns and husband, Ronald of Brewer, Mary Andrews of Brewer, Cheryl Wilcox and partner, Dana Fogg of Carmel and Dana Andrews and wife, Dani O’Halloran of Brewer; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; one sister, Louise Nadeau and husband, Edward of Orono; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one son, Robert Andrews; five siblings, Kathleen, Jane, Jerry, Frank and Walter, Jr.; and by a special son-in-law, Kevin Rogers.

She will be missed by her lifelong friend Mabel and her four legged companions, Moxie and Oreo. It was Jacqueline’s request that services be private. Those who share her undying love for their four-legged companions can make donations to the Old Town Animal Orphanage.
