Obituary for James B. Swink Jr. James Bishop Swink, Jr., 71, passed away November 26, 2018. A native of Greer, son of the late James Bishop Swink, Sr. and Beulah Blankenship Swink, he was a retired employee of Walmart Transportation and Greenville County Oneal Residential Waste & Recycling Center and a member of Love Springs Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Donita Louann Stephens Swink of the home; a son, Douglas Swink (April) of Campobello; two daughters, Tammy Swink Samples of Greer and Sandra Swink Liberty (Derrick) of Waynesville, North Carolina; and five grandchildren, Alecia Samples, Mikayla Swink, Justin Swink, Joshua Swink and Jason Swink.

Mr. Swink was predeceased by a brother, William “Billy” Poteat and a sister, Patsy Swink. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Dr. Ron Culberton and Rev. James Hamilton.

Burial will be private. Visitation will be held 12:30-1:45 p.m. Wednesday at The Wood Mortuary. The family is at the home.
