James’ Obituary PARKER, James II (Jim) – of Otisville, age 77, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2018. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in the spring. Jim was born in Hayti, Missouri on August 19, 1941, son of the late Orba and Roma (Travis) Parker.

He enjoyed carpentry and loved to tinker in the yard. Jim left GM after 13 years of work. Jim is survived by his son, Randy Parker; daughter, Erica McGuigan; sister, Peggy (Duane) Oaks; brother, Anderson Parker; grandchildren, Rachel, Danielle, Wyatt, Cody, Phoenix; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Nolan, Stephan Jr., Victoria, Dathan, Marley, Lincoln; nieces and nephews, Susan Beattie, Sarah Parker, Gregory Oaks, Jeffrey (Jody) Oaks, Shannon (Crystal) Parker.
