Obituary for Mr. James Dwight Richardson Mr. James Dwight Richardson, 60, of Athens, formerly of Elberton, passed away Friday, November 3, 2017 in Athens Regional Hospital. A native of Martins Ferry, Ohio, he was the son of the late, James Dwight and Glenna Hamburg Richardson. He was also preceded in death by his biological parents, Eggar Ruskin and Diane Hutchins.

Mr. Richardson was in food service management and had served his country in the United States Navy. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Richardson; daughter Hope Noelle Richardson and son, Ryan James Richardson, all of Greenville, NC; siblings, Bonnie Kelley (Alex), of Elberton, Holly Pugh, of Ohio, Amy Myers (Robert) of Concord, NC. , Cindy Puckett, of Gowenton, TN, Shannon Ruskin Parkersburg, W. Viriginia, Andrew Ruskin Parkersburg, Maghaie Perelli Wheelan, W. Virginia, Rick and Lynn Hutchins, Washington State, Peter A. Ruskin, of Ohio; great granddaughter, Stormie Eden Richardson; and several nieces and nephews.
