McCollum, Sr., age 84 of Jonesboro passed away January 10, 2019. He was retired from Yellow Freight Line and was a member of Glad Tidings Church. He is survived by his wife: Faye McCollum, sons: James McCollum, Jr. and wife Jody of Warner Robins and Lynn McCollum and wife Toni of Woodstock, grandchildren: Jennifer, Kyle, Chris, Daniel, Brandon, Jeremy, Tiffany and Owen, great-grandchildren: Mason, Dylan, Bradley, Molly, Nolan, Preston, Ethan & Abby.

Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Monday, January 14, 2019 at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Pastor Stan Owens and Rev. Russ Taylor officiating. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 10 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Monday, January 14, 2018 at the funeral home. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Glad Tidings Church, 2560 Hwy 138, Jonesboro, GA 30236.
