James Gordon McLean, 64, of Jeremiah passed away Sunday, January, January 20, 2019 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. James was the son of the late Richard Brown and Lottie Lee McLean. He loved to watch University of Kentucky Basketball and collecting watches.

Surviving is 1 niece: Heather Renee (Frank) Phillips of Jeremiah; 2 nephews: Jason Wade Rice of Lexington and James Allen (Amber) Blair of Jeremiah; 1 great nephew: William Dakota Phillips of Jeremiah; 2 great nieces: April Nicole Phillips and Julee Lynn Blair both of Jeremiah; special friend: Harold Estep. James was preceded in death by 1 sister: Shelia Lynn Blair. Funeral: 1:00 O’clock P.M. Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at the Blair Branch Church with Danny Dixon, Robert Holcomb, and others officiating.

Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Blair Branch Church. Burial will follow in the Blair Family Cemetery at Jeremiah, Kentucky.
