James Hoyt Orrick, Sr. 76, of Russellville, AL passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018. Visitation will be Sunday, October 7, 2018 from 5-8 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Service will be Monday, October 8, 2018 at 2p.m. in the Colbert Memorial Chapel.

Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens. He retired from Clark Pulley after 20 plus years of loyal service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Letha Orrick; daughter, Brenda Gail Orrick; and five siblings.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Jay Marie Orrick; sons, James Hoyt Orrick, Jr.(Brenda), Michael Ray Orrick, Brian Keith Orrick, Steven K. Orrick (Cindy), and Richard Agee, Jr.; daughters, Glenda Mae Welborn, Valerie Ann Orrick (Warren White), Barbara Lynn McDaniel (Brandon), and Erica Mae Sanford; brothers, Garry Orrick (Wanda); sister, Mary –Ann Bryant; 18 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Sons and grandsons will serve as pallbearers. A special thanks to Alacare Hospice, 4th floor nursing station at Helen Keller Hospital and longtime family friend, Larry Freeman.
