Obituary for Mr. James Karon Hopkins Funeral services for Mr. James Karon Hopkins, 71, who entered into rest on Sunday, July 1, 2018, will be held at 11 o’clock on Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at The Chapel of Hancock-Elmore-Hill Funeral Home. The Rev. Stephen Sanderson will officiate and the family will receive friends immediately following the service.

A private family burial will be held. Born in Bishopville, SC, he was a son of the late James E. Hopkins and Iva Ruth Hopkins. He is survived by his sons, Barry (Gloria) Hopkins of Bishopville, SC, Wally (Kristie) Keziah of Sumter, SC; special sister, Linda (Jimmy) Young of Bethune, SC; grandchildren, Blane Hopkins, and Logan Hopkins of Bishopville, SC.
