Mr. James White, 78, of York, SC, passed away Thursday, October 25, 2018 at home. Graveside service 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Rose Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Lee Horne officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service. Mr. White was born January 30, 1940 in Kings Mountain, NC to the late Howard Mitchell White, Sr. and Emma Louise Byers White. He was a member of the Army National Guard and retired from Fieldcrest Cannon, York, SC.

Survivors are his wife Wanda M. Davis; son Carl Davis (Kathryn) of York, SC; sisters Sue White Ritch of Dallas, TX, Dianne W. Wilson of Forest City, NC; brother Boyce White of Forest City, NC; and grandchildren Alexandria & Carl, III.
