Obituary of Jane Cobourn Jane M. (Nelson) Cobourn, age 77 years, of Conshohocken, passed away on Wednesday November 7, 2018. Jane was born in New Jersey on Saturday January 4, 1941, daughter of the late John B. and the late Jane ( Bird ) Nelson. Jane worked as a Florist with Posey Patch Flower shop, then as a Retail Sales Associate with Bradley’s Department Store and most recen with CVS of Conshohocken, PA.

Jane enjoyed country music, country line dancing, bowling and going to the beach. She is survived by her husband Alan I. Cobourn of Conshohocken, her children Donna (& Lou) Cobourn – Marcozzi, Alan I. Cobourn, Jr. & Tracey Cobourn all of Conshohocken. And her grandsons Louie Marcozzi, Jr. & Joey Marcozzi also of Conshohocken.

As well as her best friend Gail Pearson of Conshohocken and Cheryl Luxton of Flourtown who was like a daghter to her. Her Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 10:30 AM at Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohoken, Pa 19428. Visitation will be held on Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the funeral home.

Memorial donations may be made in her memory to: Montgomery County S. P. C. A., 19 East Ridge Pike, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
