Janet’s Obituary Janet R. Tolbert, Reeds Spring, MO, daughter of Bobby and Dixxie (Joplin) Cliff, was born July 24, 1970 in Wichita, KS and departed this life on March 13, 2019 at the age of 48. Janet had lived in the area most of her life. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents and infant daughter, Tina Tolbert. Survivors include: her husband, Billy Tolbert of Reeds Spring, MO; one son, Patrick Tolbert and wife Kimberly of Reeds Spring, MO; two daughters, Bobby Tolbert and special friend, DeVell Stultz of Reeds Spring, MO and Brittany Davis of Springfield, MO; seven grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home Kimberling City, MO.
