Janice Louise Gruver November 27, 1953 – February 02, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts View/Sign Guest Book| Send Sympathy Card Janice Louise Gruver, 65, of Blanchard, died Saturday, February 2, 2019, at her home. The daughter of Gordon Gilbert Gruver and Maude Ellaweise (Oden) Gruver, she was born November 27, 1953, in Oklahoma City. Janice worked for many years as an administrative assistant and was Christian in faith.

In her younger years, Janice traveled all over the United States singing in various churches. In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling to see friends, caring for her pets, working crossword puzzles, and playing board games, especially Yahtzee. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Gary Gruver; and two brothers-in-law, Richard Chappell and Richard Price. Janice is survived by one sister, Sharon Price of Blanchard; one brother, Ron Gruver and his wife, Debra, of Blanchard; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other loved ones and friends. Graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 6, 2019, at the Blanchard Cemetery.
