Mrs. Janice Sue Davis Crabtree, age 80, of Helenwood, Tennessee, departed this life on Saturday, October 20, 2018, at Methodist Medical Center in Oakridge, Tennessee. Born January 29, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Elza Walter Davis and Amy Faye Ballard Davis. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Dillard Crabtree; infant son; brothers, Forest Alfred Davis, Malcom Eugene Davis, Elza Dwayne Davis, Carl Edward Davis, and Joseph Eldon Davis; sisters,… Read More » Norma Jean Geesaman, Julia Olive Holliday, Roxie Ann Dyke, Mary Jeannette Bua, and Betty June Davis; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Lee and Margaret Crabtree; son-in-law, Charles Conway Vaden; three sister-in-law’s, Della Young, Irene Strunk, and Glenna Collins; special nephew, John Russell Bell.

She is survived by her two sons, Ronnie Crabtree and his wife Cindy, Lee Crabtree and his wife Dorothy; two daughters, Susan Vaden, Vicki Twibell and her husband Louie; twelve grandchildren, Adam Slye and his wife Abby, Samantha McCune and her husband Ryan Brittany Crabtree, Ashley Crabtree, David Crabtree, Dustin Vaden, Scott Vaden and his wife Erica, Christopher smith and his wife Hanna, Jake Smith, Sherri Smith, Amanda Anderson and her husband Eric, Abraham Crabtree; twelve great grandchildren; four sisters, Barbara Louise Webster, Darlene Kaye Slusher and her husband Sonny , Linda Ellen Whaley and her husband Larry, Kathleen Faye Reahard and her husband Charlie ; one brother, Gary Lee Davis; one sister-in-law, Norma Jean Potter; two brother-in-law’s, Shirl Crabtree and wife Wanda , Ernest Crabtree and wife Dottie ; and many other family relatives and friends. The family will receive friends for visitation from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Monday evening, October 22, 2018, in the chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home in Huntsville. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM in the chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home in Huntsville with Bro.

Jim West and Bro. Jeff Davis officiating. Music will be provided by White Rock Church Choir.

Graveside service will be at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday morning, October 23, 2018. in the Crabtree Cemetery in Robbins, Tennessee. Pallbearers will be Dustin Vaden, Adam Slye, Scott Vaden, Abraham Crabtree, Christopher Smith, Jake Smith, and David Crabtree.
