Decatur Funeral service for J.D. Chaney, 88, will be Monday, April 30, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gail Kelsoe and Pat Robertson Officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Sunday, April 29, 2018, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Burial will be at Moulton Memory Gardens. Mr. Chaney died on Friday, April 27, 2018. He was born December 5, 1929 to Jacob D. Chaney and Vida (James) Chaney.

Mr. Chaney was a retired truck driver and worked for Riverside Chemical Company. He was preceded in death by his parents Jacob D. Chaney and Vida (James) Chaney and four Brothers Loyd Chaney , Milton Chaney , Kyle Chaney and Billy Chaney. Survivors: Wife: Lois Chaney Two Sons: Jerry Chaney Carl Chaney One Grandchild: Becky Chaney Pallbearers will be family and friends.
