Obituary for Jean Walters Jean passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at TRU Hospice. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio November 23, 1927. Jean married Raymond P. Walters on January 23, 1943.

They had two daughters, Virginia and Donna. The family moved to Southern California in 1958. Jean and her husband opened a dress shop called Dana of California in 1965 and it in 1985.

Her husband of 43 years passed in 1986. She later moved to Colorado to be near her family. She moved into Gate-N-Green gated community in 1993.

She enjoyed living there because the people were so nice. Taking the casino bus from Gate-N-Green to Black Hawk was her greatest joy. Jean was an avid fan of the Colorado Rockies and watched almost every game.

She is survived by her daughters, Virginia Hora, Erie, CO, Donna Jamison, Surprise, AZ, grandson and his wife, Paul and LeAnn Hora, Westminster, CO, granddaughter Susanne Hora, Boulder, CO, great grandsons, P.J.
