Jeffrey F. Hackman, 45, of Woodstock died Tuesday October 16, 2018 at Centegra Hospital -Huntley. He was born in Woodstock on August 11, 1973 to Larry and Patricia (Blanchard) Hackman. He married Chula Kharunan on January 19, 2005.

Jeffrey was a member at St. Mary Catholic Church in Woodstock. He was owner and operator of Mid-America Pools. He was loved and will be missed.

He is survived by his wife, Chula Hackman; his father, Larry (Theresa) Hackman; a step father, Tom Stasiak; a son, Nanthawul “Ice” Hackman; daughter, Nadia Hackman; two brothers, Thomas (Helen) Hackman and Daniel (Sandy) Bradshaw; and a sister, Mary Hackman. He was preceded in death by his mother Patricia. The visitation will be Saturday October 20, 2018 from 10:00 am until the 12:00 noon Funeral Mass at St. Mary Catholic Church 312 Lincoln Ave.

Woodstock. Interment will be at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Woodstock. In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be appreciated.
