She was a regular at the neighborhood bus-stops. Children loved to be around her. She had a way of making every child feel loved and important.

Her smile and laugh were contagious. She was a genuine joy to be around. As her children grew so did her love for them.

She taught them the values of love, faith, strength, responsibility and most of all to care for others. Her true legacy lies in the wonderful young men she shaped and left behind to make this world a much better place. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

A special thanks to Father Jerome Chavarria of St. James for his compassion, love, care and generosity of spirit that brought great comfort during this trying time. Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Ferguson family.
