Mr. Jeremiah’s Obituary Jeremiah “Jerry” Thomas, son of the late Nehemiah “Pinkey” Thomas and Mary Jane (Clinton) Thomas was born December 25, 1957 in Orangeburg, South Carolina. He was employed with Jamison Auto Body Shop. He attended the public schools of Orangeburg County.

At an early age, he professed his faith in Jesus Christ and joined Greater Unity African Methodist Episcopal Church. He was united in holy matrimony to Albertha Holman. This union was blessed with one son, Dewayne Thomas.

His life will forever be cherished in the life of his son: Dewayne Holman, of Boston Massachusetts; his wife, Albertha Thomas, of Boston Massachusetts; his mother, Mary Jane Thomas, of Holly Hill, South Carolina; sister Mary J. Thomas-Bennett, of Oxnard California; brother, Raymond Thomas, of Marietta, Georgia; one grandchild Jade Ambriham, of Boston Massachusetts; two brothers-in-law, Jairon Bennett, of Oxnard, California and William Holman, of Holly Hill, South Carolina; four sisters-in-law: Wanda Thomas, of Marietta, Georgia, Maggie Little, of Boston, Massachusetts; Margaret Holman and Lillie Keith, both of Holly Hill, South Carolina; aunts and uncles: Julia Mae Richburg, Margaret Jamison and Rev Jessie Jamison, of Holly Hill, South Carolina; Pearl Davis, of Eutawville, South Carolina; a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends may call at 401 Academy Lane, Holly Hill and at the funeral home.
