JERRY JACKSON September 30, 1958 – March 04, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Funeral services for Jerry Jackson, 60, of Ferriday, LA will be held Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 11:00am from the Harvest Baptist Church in Ferriday. Burial will follow at the Ferriday Cemetery with Bishop Justin Conner officiating. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 4 to 6PM at the funeral home.

Mr. Jackson, son of Earnest and Corean Washington Jackson was born in Ferriday and died at the Christus Saint Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, LA. He was a self-employed carpenter. His survivors are: one son, Rahiem Jackson of Ferriday; one daughter, Deaisya Gorham of Natchez; four brothers, Lonnie Johnson and his wife, Joyce of Natchez; Jimmy Jackson and his wife, Brenda; Leonard Jackson and his wife, KaBoo; Earnest Jackson, Jr. and his wife, Betty all of Ferriday; seven sisters, Ethel Jackson and Carolyn Jackson of Alexandria, LA; Alice Jackson and Audrey Jackson and her husband, Bobby all of Baton Rouge, LA; Odessa Jackson of Ferriday; Ernestine Boswell and Ora Lee Stevenson both of Kansas City, MO; one grandchild, Demon’Tay Dunbar, Jr. of Natchez.

Preceding Mr. Jackson in death are his parents and two brothers, Daniel and Otis Jackson.
