Jesse Perry Fagan, 69, of Elk City, Oklahoma was born on April 19, 1949 in Clinton, Oklahoma. He is the son of Orville Jackson (Bud) and Jorga Faye (Rogers) Fagan. He passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Jesse loved his family and friends very much. He was the type of person that was always willing to help anyone and everyone. It didn’t matter who you were, if you needed help, he was there to give it to you.

Some may know him… Read More » as Snowbird for the simple fact, he loved to spend his winters on Lake Havasu in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Jesse could also be found tinkering on cars and hanging out on the Colorado River. Whether that be on the water, boating, or just standing on the shore having as cold one, if he was there, he was having a good time.

Funeral services will be held later in date in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Services have been entrusted to the care of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Oklahoma. Cherishing his memory are his two sons, Michael Fagan and his wife, Rachel of Havasu, Arizona and Danny Fagan and his wife Ranell of Ridgecrest, California; one daughter, Lisa Taylor and her husband Larry of Parowan, Utah; one sister, Georgianna Adams of Alcoa, Tennessee; eight grandchildren, Devin Fagan, Aubree Fagan, Danny Fagan, Alex Fagan, Tiffany Fagan, Christopher Taylor, Jesse Taylor, and Ella Taylor; 2 great-grandchildren; numerous other family members.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Orville Jackson Fagan and his wife, Jorga Faye. Memorials can be made to a charity of your choice in care of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home, P.O.
