Obituary for Jessie Joe Russell II Jessie Joe Russell II, 50, of St. Albans passed away Thursday, December 13, 2018. He was born July 18, 1968 in South Charleston, to the late Jessie Joe Russell and Shirley Russell of Hurricane. In addition to his father, Joe was preceded in death by his sisters, Kimberly Workman and Jessica Childers.

Joe was a loving husband, father, Brother, and grandfather. He worked many years in maintenance for Better Foods. Joe is survived by his loving wife, Lisa Russell of St. Albans; daughters, Britani Westfall (Wayde) of Hurricane and Tiffani White (Trent) of Nitro; Mother Shirley Anderson (Jim) of Hurricane; sisters, Sherry Key (Tony) of Winfield and Sarah Bayat (Todd) of OH; grandchildren, Preston Westfall, Gacelyn Westfall, Hayleigh Westfall and Taten White; and many other extended family and friends.

There will be a Memorial service at 2:00 pm Tuesday December 18, 2018, at Bartlett Chapman Funeral Home, St. Albans. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
