Obituary for Joan Tillery (Little) Print Mrs. Marjorie Joan Tillery of Troy, AL, passed away Monday, January 28, 2019, at her residence. She was 74. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 30, 2019, at Skeen Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with Rev.
Curtis Faulkner officiating and eulogy given by Travis Meeks. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery Shellhorn with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. The family will receive friends Wednesday at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until service time.
Mrs. Tillery was born January 14, 1946, in Crenshaw County, AL, to the late Ed Little and Lois Davenport Little. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by: her daughter, Tammy Tillery, husband, Harold Tillery, brother, James Little, sister-in-law, Elouis Little, granddaughter, Nicole Tillery, nephew, Donnie Little, niece, Teri Lee and a cousin, Carl Little. She is survived by her son, Tony Brown (Michelle), Troy; Tony Brown and Tammy Tillery’s father and lifetime partner, Jake Little, grandchildren: Jason Tillery (Brandi), Shady Grove, AL, Jonathan Tillery (Lacey), Banks, AL, Kasey Bowers (Job) and Kevin Brown (Hollie) all of Auburn, AL, and Jada McDonald (Danny), Troy; great grandchildren: Lexie Tillery, Lance Tillery, Kallie Tillery, Kinslie Tillery, Reese Tillery, Kaylee Brown, Kaiden Bowers, Brycen Brantlee, Brantcen McDonald, Lincoln Brown, Kacey Powell, Devin Powell, and Ryan Tidwell; great-great grandchild, Karsyn Taylor Strops, sister, Linda Moore, Troy; nephews: Tracy Lee and Heath Lee; niece, Heather Lee, cousins, Monica King, Billy Keith Little, Donna Meeks (Travis), Jennifer Hill, and Jessica Paramore; special friends, Brenda and Gary Black; as well as several other friends and family.
