JoAnn Ruple Fowler, 84, of Florence, passed away February 22, 2019. She was a member of Central Heights United Methodist Church for 59 years. “Mammaw” was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and mother-in-law.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 26, 2019 from 11-1 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Tommy Ruple, B.J. Keeton, and Dr. John Yeates officiating. Burial will follow in Tri- Cities Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Fowler was preceded in death by her husband, J.I. Fowler; parents, Fred and Nema Ruple; brother, Don Ruple; and a step-son, John Irvin Fowler, III. She is survived by her son, Ikey Fowler (Anah); sister, Bernice Ginn; grandchildren, Lee Fowler (Caycee), and Clay Fowler (Heather); great grandson, Easton Fowler; and a step-daughter, Norma Canerday (Don). Pallbearers will be Lee Fowler, Clay Fowler, Brian Fowler, Donnie Keeton, Dennis Ginn, Jamie Keeton, George Johnson, and Jody Lisby.
